  • Comments. When visitors comment on the site, I collect their IP addresses and browser user agent strings to help with spam detection.
  • Contact forms. I collect your information through contact forms and all submissions are securely stored in our database.
  • Email forms. I collect your data when you opt-in to my email list through pop-ups, embedded forms, and freebie pages. And you are free to opt-out of my newsletter at any time.
  • Cookies. We use cookies to track your activity on our site to improve and provide you with the best experience.

Refund Policy

I take your investment seriously, and therefore appreciate it if you take my time and resource input (in helping you scale) seriously too.

Copywriting Services: Due to the nature of my copywriting services, I offer no refunds, unless otherwise specified. To give you the full value (and more) of your investment, I give a walkthrough of my process and the list of deliverables you’ll get, and I overdeliver every single time.

Shop Products: All sales of products are final. Since my products are immediately delivered and available for download, I do not offer refunds.

Sharing Shop Products: You’re granted one non-exclusive license to the product(s) you purchase from The SO Shop to use for your personal and business needs. You do not have the right to give, share, or sell a copy of your purchased product.

If you know someone who needs a template, kindly refer them to the shop. Or become an affiliate of our product to earn a small commission for the customers you bring.

If you violate this license, I reserve the right to revoke your access to the product(s) permanently and invoice you for shared license compensation.

There are 3 stages of a sales funnel.

Let’s talk about what they mean and the content types to create for each.

1️⃣ Top of the funnel (ToFU):

This is the first stage of your funnel—where a visitor begins their journey. 

It’s where people become aware of your business, and show an interest in your offers. 

This stage aims to reach as many ideal clients as possible and help them learn about your brand. Create posts that educate people and tell your brand story.

2️⃣ Middle of the funnel (MoFU)

At this funnel stage, your leads trust your insights. 

They’ll be consuming content for clarity and decisiveness. You know, whether to buy your offer.

Continue to educate your audience and show them why they need your offer and generate leads. Share success stories and freebies they can sign-up for. 

3️⃣ Bottom of the funnel (BoFU)

This is the last point in your funnel where you nurture leads to activate sales. 

Share a breakdown of your offer, sneak peeks, walkthroughs, case studies, and more testimonials.  

See, sales funnels aren’t twisted, they just need planning. So, figure out your goals for the funnel you intend to build—whether that’s a launch or an evergreen funnel.
